17 Thoughts on Galaxy lose to Monterrey, MLS clubs fail to reach CCL final – The Daily 4/11

  1. you can’t compare mls teams against Mexican teams Mexicans teams are way better and US will never win a u-17 world cup mexico has 2 championships there’s no comparison

  2. more Latin american players? or Latin america coach’s? don’t get any from the caribbean though…(or any from Africa they really suck a soccer)

  3. Pervertedly rich because theyare not from Latin America. But I think they will participate next year only.

  4. Monterrey vs Santos for the final CCL again o.o
Santos with a new coach that’s Portuguese that has never faced Monterrey…who would win?

  5. TheNigmaticProdigy

What will it take to improve the quality of football in the MLS? To be honest the quality has made great strides since 2002 but I think that with more time, more money, and a look to change tournament and club structure will do the trick.

Eh. No. Dijo que el error fueron los partidos que jugaron los de la MLS de local. …Partidos que perdieron. Que dice que no debieron perder.
    Osea lern inglish plis.

  9. the quality of play is not up to par with liga mexicana, simple. the clubs need to bring mexican players to mls. this will change the style of play for the better.

  10. Because they dont deserve it. If MLS clubs cant win a tournament in their own confederation, that is pretty weak at that, why should they participate in a more prestigious tournament.? Im not trying to offend anyone or sound like an asshole but its the truth

  11. MLS,

Why don’t MLS teams participate in CONMEBOL tournaments like Copa Libertadores or Copa Sudamericana, and is there any talks about doing so in the future? I know that in the past US teams have maybe a couple of appearances in these tournaments.

  12. “Another quick note from that, The U.S has never failed to qualify for a U-17 world cup… 14 trips since 1985.” very intimidating, but even more facing a team that has actually won not just 1, but 2, and are current U-17 WorldCup champions. I’m talking about Mexico
